Rubber PTFE diaphragms are high-performance sealing components designed for use in aggressive chemical, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments. These diaphragms combine the elastic properties of rubber (such as Nitrile, EPDM, or Viton) with the chemical resistance of PTFE (Teflon®).

The PTFE layer resists harsh chemicals, acids, and solvents, while the rubber backing provides flexibility, pressure tolerance, and sealing integrity. These diaphragms are used in valves, pumps, actuators, regulators, and metering systems across pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and water treatment industries.

Black rubber diaphragms are flexible, pressure-sensitive sealing elements designed to regulate, isolate, or transfer pressure in valves, pumps, actuators, and control systems. These diaphragms are made from materials like Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, Neoprene, or FKM (Viton®) reinforced with nylon or fabric layers for added strength and stability.

They deliver airtight, fluid-tight, and chemical-resistant seals, while withstanding repeated flexing, making them ideal for dynamic applications.
